I think it's the same now.

I believed it used to be $6.75.

That's what it used to be here, as well. I thought minimum wage was a national thing...

Is it? I always thought San Francisco has higher minimum wage due to higher living cost eventhough it's still California.

minimum wage is going up to $7.75 by 2009. Federal standard. those retards at congress voted to pass it

Maybe, I don't know. I've heard that California is pretty expensive.Actually, when I think about it, I'm not so sure that it is a national thing.

yeah it is. congress passed it back a month or two ago. its a 3 stage upgrade in minimum wage. the end result being $7.75 an hour in 09
