Default Stay at Home Dad's

Hey guys, im writing an essay on stay at home dads for my writing class at school.
im tired of writing, so i figured i'd take a break and have some fun
anybody have any input?

FYI: stay at home dads are just like soccer moms, except the woman in the relationship is making all the money, while the man sits at home taking care of the kids.

if your comment is creative, i might use it in my essay!

my dad recently became a stay at home dad becasue he retired and OMG hes going crazy, he ripped up the yard, repained the house, and doing pointless things around the house, he is really bored and going crazy.

It seems that for most guys, being the breadwinner is somewhat tied to self-worth. My first thought is, "that would be nice to spend some time with my kids, and to get projects done around the house," but I think that not feeling needed would slowly eat at me (even though a stay-at-home dad would not actually be un-needed).

If women want equality, then they have to cept that some men, who may not be able to earn as much as them, will end up staying home. You have to realise that when women say housework is hardwork, and tiring, and is like a full time job.. They lie. I've had a house. And houswork is a piece of ****! That would suit me fine! Nice wee allowance from my stinking rich wife, and a nice wee car to play with!

In this day and age there is this thing calleed tele-commuting. You can be 1) a stay at home Dad, and, B) make money for the household. Even, 3) make more than your wifey while doing it. Conversely, D) women can ALSO make a comfortable living while working from home. 5) even MORE than Dad, which is perfectly OK, as far as I'm concerned. Just as long as you ALL understand that F) Although I MAY opt to work from home, given the opportunity, I will NEVER have a Woman that earns more than I do... My fragile ego cudn't stand the pressure[]

Nah, wouldnt work for me. My dad is all about being "The Man". He's the guy of the house and he's proud of it. He makes the money, does the work, fix things, punishes people, it's his job. And i've grown up around that, so it will probably be the same for me. I wouldnt want a woman that makes more than me

But ideally we could share both, some days one works and ones with the kids and other days the other way around. Of course that would only work if i was making more

HAHA so true, when it's almost the only thing you have to do it's cake. But when you have it on top of school, work, homework, and maintaining a website [:@][:@][:@][:@] I hate chores.. forget about free time.
