I just made a purchase of SS front break lines from a company called Paragon Performance, in California.

They make/have SS lines and speciality hoses for Audi's.

I'm guessing your talking about brake lines. they will make the pedel feel alot batter and improve your braking reaction times.

 

How do insurance companies like them?

 

According to the website the lines are DOT approved.

The ones I orderes were braided SS covered in clear plastic

 

Well lets see, they make the car stop better. I'm sure the insurance compeny is gonna have a huge problem with that.

 

I plan on gettin some ss lines sometime next spring when i upgrade to A8 brakes. Let us know how these work out.

 

I received the lines. but have not yet had the time to install. The appear to be of very high quality.
Crimped fittings and covered in clear plastic. Cant wait to put them in.

It was $47 shipped for two front lines. They seem very well made. Double crimping on each end. DOT approved.
