Mine is pretty straight forward. I was an audi tech, and my tech # was 79. I asked for 69 but my service manager wasn't having it.....

well I've had this name since I was about 10 and just always use it for w.e. (easier to keep track of things that way. The name came from when we first got AOL... I needed a name my mom said, a name?! WHY?! Well I couldn't think of anything and at the time I was eating a chocolate starfish (legit, not the perv version I was 10!) Well I was 10 and couldn't spell for **** so it came out chocalotstarfish. Needless to say the name has stuck with me in pretty much any forum or game online. a few different versions is Blackstarfish Starfish or Blackstar. When I was 19 bored I went as far as having "StarFish" tattoo'd across my right peck... So yep let the flaming begin!

The badge would go on your left side... Sadly enough that's not my most popular tat... I have one that while at a Police Ball wearing 3 piece suits, I was instructed by my chief that I was to remove my shirt and it was an "Order" lol...

I actually know that, being a Registered Security officer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, I wear a Badge on my weekend gig. Used to be registered "Armed," which gave me limited arrest-authority, too! This spring I plan of getting registered for Armed posts, once again. When I do, you can "look" me up (you know where). Being registered armed got me out of a ticket, once, and (I believe) impressed my Son enough that he decided HE wanted to become an Officer of the Law. He is now serving as a Security Police in the Air Force, in Italy (back in teh country He was born in). Plans to parlay that into working for some Metropolitan Po-Po, somewhere or another, when he gets out.

To think, one little traffic stop, and the ensuing conversation about how living an arrest-free adulthood allowed me to work a Cleared-Site; be registered to carry a firearm; and, beat a B.S. ticket, potentially led my then trouble-prone Son to stop getting into fights all the time and pursue a life of crime-fighting.

I think I'll buy him a cape, for Christmas!

 

I wish my Audi had a cape... that'd be so awesome! Capes FTW!
