Default Spinning Wheels

Well I just got a 2004 Audi TT 3.2 Quattro Coupe. I like it alot, but I am looking into putting spinning wheels on it. some people find it's tacky, and so do I, if it's on a car that doesnt deserve spinning wheels (I saw a cavalier with them the other day). I like the look of them, and on a classy vehicle they are sick. I was unable to find spinning wheels for the Audi though. I have a 225/40R18 tire, so I need 18" wheels and it just seems that spinning wheels arent made for this model.

Does anyone have any idea where I can get spinning wheels, and approximately how much they'd be?

I would check out your local wheel shops, they probably can help better then most of us. I would feel safe in saying thqat it would be the majority opinion of this site that spinner's distract from the naturally taught and athletic lines of audi's, but we all admire someone who decides to customize their own ride to suit their style and taste. Good luck on the search and post some pics if you find some. I can't think of any spinners that are smaller than 20's though. Unless you get some cheap ones that snap on to steelie's. also welcome to the site

PS: You will most likely get flamed for this idea of yours.

I am going to speak honestly here and this is just my opinion. I think spinners on an Audi wouldn't look good. Audi's are sporty classy vehicles and they deserve the same from the accesories you put on them. Oh and put your flame suit on because they will start pouring in...

Consider yourself flamed. They're not made for our cars for a reason.

Personally I think its only a good look for escalades on 22' and the drug dealers who drive them. But to each his own, its your money and your car. I'll just be doing this when I see you [sm=laughat.gif]

ok, so half have mature reponses, and then there are kids with rich parents I am assuming that bought their kids Audis. It was an idea I had, felt I needed to check it out first. Thank you to those who responded with their thoughts on the matter, and to the rest - grow up. At least try to be as classy as your vehicle.
