whats the best excuse to use to avoid my ticket? Officer said i was clocked going 53 in a 35 in NH. The speed limit changed right away for little hill with a curve. F***** every time i go out of state to Snowboard i get a ticket.[:@] Has any one have any luck?

 

53 in a 35 zone? Easy! Tell them your'e dyslexic!

 

I think you should just pay. One would think you would learn your lesson...

 

It funny..EVEN I got pulled over this morning coming down the canyon - apparently I was driving "74" in a 60 speed zone. Fortunately i got away (yay!) - I used the lamest excuses of the "downhill" and the "car in front of me" fooled me in letting my car go by faster for the small period. I argued that I was definitely not the fastest in the group. The officer seemed friendly - that helped as well.

 

This is actually goin to be the second ticket.. The first time i didnt speed but the officer guessed i did because my civic was on top of a snow back. But actually i tried pulling into my friends drive way with the ebrake. DAYMN!

 

Yeah i did 41 in a 25 in my truck. and my excuse was everysingle road around it is 35 even one with a school on it is 35. but he didnt care. but i had them send the ticket to my school so i go threw there, but i think they forgot about me because they have had it for a month now and no ones asked me about it... so hopefully i can get away with it.

 

tell em he must have clocked you as you were slowing down for the curve because before that, you were doin 90.

 

Don't "just pay it." It will haunt you for years. I live in florida, there are all kinds of ticket defense lawyers here. They charge like 100 bucks. The one I used had a no points, no school guarentee. Look around, I bet there is a similar lawyer near you.

 

Where did you go snowboarding?
