Well I got it worked out ok. My recruiter got it reduced to a parking ticket thank god iam going into the navy.

 

get a lawyer to go and represent you or have a family member to go in your place to either the set court date or extend the date. i dont know hoew big of an a-hole the judge would be, i had one that listend and baragined and one that just was a nut job. so if you go with a lawyer argue that the cop clocked both of you at the speed because the guy passed you at the moment he clocked you. if you had cruise set to 75 and got clocked at 82 that means he didnt even hit you. argue that and your free, just dont say i know i was speeding but... just say i was crusing the speed limit and this guys flys by and you get in trouble because of him. also bring up your on duty. you may get off even easier.
