Rode up with a friend in his bad-*** R32 on Friday night, and stayed at another friend's house in Joliet. Thought I would share some of my pictures. The majority are from a parking garage we went to on Friday, and the Chicago Auto Show on Saturday. The others are just random.

I still think the B8 looks like the 3 series E90. Still not a big fan of that four door A5/S5.

The guy in the cell phone probably is calling his girlfriend, "babe, I'm 'driving' my RS4 right now." LOL.

 

yep lots of douche bags at the show, i was gonna go again but said f it. you went on a better day anyways. i had to idle my car from joliet all the way to McCormick place and back because light snow.

 

We were planning on going on Tuesday, but we lucked out and the weather got nasty.

The show was hell, but the trip overall was fun. I wished I'd had my key when I was up there so I could've gotten into the owner's lounge. A couple of my friends with BMWs got about ten of us into the BMW lounge. LOL.

 

are you sh1tting me the thing up there was the owners lounge, d@mn it all. i though is was the place for people who had appointments to view cars, i didnt bother to ask what it was i had my keys,audijacket, and had i known i could have gotten into the owners lounge would have been willing to run out to my car and get the registration card.

 

Haha yeah - pretty damn sure that was the owner's lounge. Pretty cool looking one, too - probably had a nice view of the place, being as high up as it was. I was the only one in the group with an Audi, and I didn't have my key.[:@]

It is. The exhaust on it, and the exhaust on the Subie are both sooo nice...loud as hell, but nice.
