Yeah I forgot to even comment on the fact that his was a v6... and it will NEVER appreciate in value. Ever. This isn't 1967... they made like 300 000 of his car. It's not special.
My 95 1le Z28 was rare. They made 106 of them. I still had a hard time selling it.

The thing is, since it's a V6 and not the V8 that can't keep any power to the ground, he could have a lot of fun with it. But, he's a friggin idiot. I tried to get him to autocross me with me, but he took one look at the course and said "My car can't go around those turns because of the turning radius..."
He's never drifted, burnt out, or even power slid that thing. And he bemoans driving in the snow since he only has one set of wheels/tires. The thing he always says is "so I can't drive two days a year, big deal" and on those two days, he totally is stuck driving a Camry. Talking to him more, I found out that he hates my AWD system, my "tiny" engine and the 'fact' that if it didn't have the turbo it wouldn't develop any power at all, and of course, the A4 is a sedan. He's totally jealous of my heated leather seats that are more comfortable and supportive than his Corbeau 'racing' seats, my sweet 3-spoke steering wheel, and that we paid almost the same for our cars, and his has twice the miles and isn't even a quarter of the car.

He keeps on talking about how reliable Chevy's are, yet he's the one who's had to replace his diff twice now, he's plauged with electrical problems, and he still can't drive in the snow!

These are the same people who buy something on impulse or because they think it is "the ****," then see something they want more but can't have and decide to criticize it.
