I don't know of any speed limit for traffic school. Didnt know one existed. The last class that I was in a couple of years ago, we had one guy doing 90 in a 55 on his bike. They still let him take the class.

ticket / fine wont be too crazy. just hope u can take traffic school (likely)
so it wont go on your insurance..

 

btw, RE the comments if the cop doesn't show its dismissed. incorrect! It happened to me years ago in VA, I think it was Arlington County. was there all morning, then towards the end the judge mentioned two officers have good excuses and couldn't attend. So they were giving us teh option of either dropping the charges down one notch(instead of 20+ over, 19 over, diff points, etc..), or re-schedule. maybe its judge's option, but definitly not automatic dismissal
