The fastest I've gone on PCH was like 70 (usually like 55-60), but I live in the malibu area so its usually crowded as ****. Driving through the canyons to get to malibu is a different story

Do what i do, get a avant, then nobody will ever pull you over. I was doing 60 in a 35 in road in ohio that should be 45. cop came flying up behind me then left me alone! Never get tickets in the family wagon! haha knock on wood

Swau, you were going 30 MILES AN HOUR OVER THE SPEED LIMIT. Take this advice: Pay your ticket. Pay your hiked up insurance rates. Maybe you'll learn to not drive like a crackhead anymore...


BUT, if you're going to fight it, which you probably will have to to keep your license, delay the court date. The date that you were given to go to court, is a date for that officer only. All of the tickets that he wrote out that day have court on that day. That means that the officer WILL be there. Say that you have to be out of town on business on that day, and that you'll have to reschedule.

Then, reschedule again.

Now, when you go to court, there's a 99% chance that the cop won't be there, and the ticket will be dropped.

And STOP BEIN A FVCKWIT!!!! Don't want you to wreck that beautiful A3...

 

I speed all the time

do like 60PMH at night in my neighhood but its big streets with greent lights that last a long time.

depending on the laws though - you may still be eligible for traffic
school - just not sure bec. it was so high above the limit..

Yes, it is an infraction. I violated basic speed law (thats what it says).

Well its my fault. I usually don't drive like this and I didn't catch the speed limit signs (probably going too fast) and there were no cars around so I didn't know I was driving that fast.
