This is one of the primary issues that caused teh breakup of MY marriage, waaaaay back then. I even offered to quit WITH my (then) wife, if only she'd put the health of our (Son, Alexi, who is now serving in the U.S. Air Force, back IN the country he was born, ITALY!!! The Patterson family-line I am a part of now has 4, count 'em 4-generations of service to AMERICA to be PROUD of!!!) child above her selfish wants. And, yes, she STATED it was HER choice, not the childs, to smoke/not smoke.

It hearlded the beginning of the end... Worth EVERY moment of agony since then, EVERY $ spent!!!

I hear ya, Bradly, about not smoking around teh kids. I've been in a few relationships (since my divorce) where children were involved, and I have NEVER smoked in a household where children are present, even if others have chosen to do so. NEVER in a car with children present, since that time, either. I say "since that time" because I started smoking when I was a teen-ager, myself, and prolly smoked around all kinds of kids of all ages, prior to my "line in teh sand" with my (now EX) wife.

 

Weed... Uhhh, prolly not good.

Cigarettes... No Class. Or Care.

 

I guess she's hoping for a deformed mutant baby? Tell her she should be drinking moonshine on top of that.
