Runny nose has decreased, throat still hurts, still no spots or anything noticable in my throat, and I feel really tired, more than the usual morning wake up session.

Good job with avoiding dehydration, it'll only make you feel worse!
I got severe dehydration on my 3rd or 4th deployment. 3 IV bags in less than an hour. Had shooting pains and a small kidney stone. My veins were also contracted like crazy, which made hitting it with a needle even more of a challenge for the nurses (4 pokes and 2 ruptures)and a lot more painful for me.

Gargle with some warm salt water and baking soda, this will help get rid of the junk that's lingering around in your throat.
Take a nice warm shower, drink plenty of fluids and get some rest. If your throat is really that bothersome you can take some tylenol. Two(2) extra strength tablets every six(6) hours, as needed.

I got severe dehydration on my 3rd or 4th deployment.
Glad you got that taken care of, and learned from it... Prevents me from lecturing you!

I learned everything I want to know about dehydration from that little event and never want to experience that kind of pain again.
