Not bad for the price.

17's are not too small for B5's in my opinion. They look just about right; also since most people consider 19's to be too big for the B5's. Also 17's would be able to give you thicker tires which will you give you a bit better ride quality.

I think kolbs has 17's for his spring/summer set. You can check out his pictures if you want to see how 17's with a drop look like.

my 18s are 18x8 with a 35mm offset.. they dont look that wide.. 17's should look nice

What size tires do you have?

Stretched tires make your wheels look smaller than what they are.

well i just got the wheels. need to get tires.. im not really looking for a lp tire.. maybe something along 225 40 18 or 245 40 18

245 would make your wheels look bigger!

But also it depends on how much drop you want to do for your car, you might have to stretch the tires so it won't rub.

Are you planning to roll your fenders?

Which lowering set-up are you going with? (I think you might have mentioned it elsewhere but I forgot).

H&R Ultra Low coilovers they go as low as a 3" drop
