as long as you take it to a shop and inspect it before removal.. that might save you something.. but why would he not want it anymore?

Lots of people put their cars back to stock when selling them... but most would ask for $$$.

I guess your paying for his labor, and yours right? Who knows. Bring a large friend -- with a gun.

hmm maybe he is afraid it will be harder to sell w/ aftermarket exhaust... potential buyer will think he was always driving it hard etc..

I bought a Milltek system from a guy that had to go back to stock because his car was going back for warranty/engine issues.

It all worked out well. The guy I bought from had a long track record on Audiworld, so I was very sure that he had a good reputation.

You should be fine as long as you take it to a shop. Just to be safe.

And i agree with headshok2002-Def bring a friend...maybe two........ that will you be in control.. **** it make him worry bout you jacking him and the muffler shop up..

Good luck!

I was gonna suggest the same thing, he lives up that way..... he's a large scary guy with a gun, but fun at the same time. I'm sure you two would have a wonderful weekend together.
