You want the real thing, watch Survivorman. Les Stroud Much better, much less pretentious, much more real, much more watchable.

Man Vs Wild is terrible..
Survivorman kicks the living sh*t out of him, plus he does the camera shots himself. Doesn't have some BS crew following him.
