While it has anout 10 less hp the RS4 is smaller, faster, lighter, and more maneuverable. By badging alone the RS is more performance oriented than the S. IMO S6 is more of a luxury car with copious ammounts of power and less intended for track use like the RS4.

That v10 sounds so nice though. Lamborghini finally bumped the gallardo up to 5.2L and is using FSI (gee i wonder where the 5.2 FSI came from?) with the lp560
