Riddle time! Airplane vs. conveyor

RE: Riddle time! Airplane vs. conveyor
the plain would be dead on the ground ( its the wind resistance on the wings that create the lift ) and since the wheels were going backward and the prop was in unison the plain would be standing still

a runner moves forward by pushing off the ground.. as does a car. A plane moves by pushing air.. the wheels dont propel the plane.
waht happens if that person on teh traedmill has on rollerblades... and she had a rope tied around her waist... i pulled that rope forward. The treadmill could go as fast as it wants shell still move forward. the wheels simply just turn more.

a runner moves forward by pushing off the ground.. as does a car. A plane moves by pushing air.. the wheels don't propel the plane. the wheels and air do propel the plane ( rotor spins dragging air in ) this moves the wheels and the plain moves accordingly hence the lift when its up to speed.

so will a plane on snow with skis not move because it doesnt have wheels? or what about a float plane on a lake?
How about if the question was this.. A plane on skis is on a giant slab of ice that is able to move the same speed of the plane in the opposite direction as the plane. can it take off.. what then?
the wheels dont move the plane. The engine forces the center of mass to move first thus the friction of the ground rotates the wheels.. the cause and effect is different for a plane vs a car.
