The Jag e-type is such a beautiful car!

I always wanted a 914-6...don't know the actual model designation, but the 914 with the 6cylinder engine. I think they only imported about 400 of these to the states....they were killer cars for the day.


My friend just let me drive his 997S....sooo much fun

 

me and some of my cousins were debating finding one of those things and stuffing a vr6 turbo into it. the 914 is such a blank canvas. i remember seeing one with a 1.8t in it. the engine was mounted on a angle cause it was too tall.

 

Yup! I worked with a guy who had a Red 944turbo and that was quite the machine. I think he paid 8 or 9k for it. I think it was an '84.

 

Hmmm...Risky Business is amazing, and my dad got a GT3 two weeks ago. I'll see if I can get some pics; it's sequestered in a garage that is a safe distance from the grubby little hands of his children.
