I don't really like meatloaf, cuz i don't eat that much red meat, i only eat red meat a few times a year, but if you want to make really really great meatloaf, you take pork rines and crunch them up and put them into the mix, lol, it makes it soooooooo good, you can also make it with ground turkey if like me, you don't prefer red meat
