lol ya i've had to deal wit a lot of **** in the past 2 years and its seems like it is finally paying off. i've had extremely good luck in the past couple months so it's looks like karma is finally on my side
.
i dont know how much the ticket is yet but all it says on the ticket is careless driving (not wreckless), so it shouldn't be too bad.
funny **** tho, i ran into the same cop today at mcdonalds and was talking to him for a couple minutes while waiting in line. They guy with the jetta had his car confiscated. turns out they got him for fleeing and evading which is a felony and any vehicle involved in a felony becomes the states property or something like that. he said one of the cops is now buying the car for like a couple grand lol.

Kinda seems like a conflict of interest. If he was running, then yeah, his car should be taken, he is a dumbass and doesnt deserve to drive, however the same cops that take it getting to buy it leaves a large gray area to play in.

the actual cop that pulled him over isn't the one getting it. just one of the guys on the force. when i was talkin to the cop he said theres quite a few guys who work in the PD that get cars that way. if they dont grab em they just go to police auctions for dirt cheap.

sh1tty night but atleast your not in jail and you got a license. and you should have taken off, f the jetta. stupid ricer. he would have been easier for the cop to catch anyways. but then again you were probably hung over anyways.

lol nope completely sober. and why is the jetta a ricer? it was a a4 jetta, most likely a wolfsburg cuz i heard the turbo, so its got the same engine as my car. i just have a bigger turbo and intake.
EDIT: o and it definitely wouldn't have been smart to take off cuz i have the only black b5 in town.
