Put her on the Dyno and check her WHP vs. engine HP. Turbo is nice but prefer a blower. Headlights should be Xenon over halogen. Finally, be sure to check her boost. If she passes all, upgrade your suspension - you're gonna need it.

1. financially capable
Make sure they have a good job and that they have a long conmsistent employment history

For me I am in the same boat as you....at first I had decided I wanted to move and get my bestfriend as a roommate...then he was liek oh...why should you get the big room? short story we decided not to go thru with it. Instead I will be living on my own. My current roommate we get along because.
1.) We are upfront/If somethings bothers us (bad habbits) We tell each other.
2.) We are on same sleeping schedule (I usally am in bed by 2-4am---Then up for work around 8amish) So he stays up until about 2-3am So we keep each other company.
3.) Woman No big deal really...he brings chicks over...im dating right now.
4.) both of us dont Smoke/do drugs
5.) both of us do drink and party once in while hit da clubs up.
I guess an all around good question is... if you were to lose your job do you have money saved that you could live off of until you fine another job.
