I would say maybe discuss your cleaning habits..... we have a roomate right now, a friend of Heinz living with us for a year until he leaves the country, his definition of clean is extremely different than mine.... Heinz and I see eye-to-eye on cleaning habits but this guy just doesn't get it. It gets really irritating.

 

Room mates are tough... hell, finding a woman room mate even tougher... good luck, mate

Throw a bunch of Vodka down her neck and see what she does when shes drunk.

 

go to her place and see how she keeps it. if it's a sh** hole i'd stay away from her lol

 

Put her on the Dyno and check her WHP vs. engine HP. Turbo is nice but prefer a blower. Headlights should be Xenon over halogen. Finally, be sure to check her boost. If she passes all, upgrade your suspension - you're gonna need it.
