RE: question for not a honda owner
Go to glendale and ask an armenian, they are notorious for being professional Insurance frauders....lol
post picks of the damage!...
if it is pretty bad, then I would say just have him sell it as it is...
I didn't have insurance on my miata when I flipped it, but it was totalled anyways, luckily it wasn't my DD
gl!
let us know how it turns out!
p.s.- he could prolly make around 3k parting it out on the various audi forums

LOL, can you say Insurance fraud? One would think the insurance company would find it a little shady that you file a claim right after you get the policy, and Unless you know a cop that will post date a report, you're SOL........

RE: question for not a honda owner
Walk over to your friend, tell him to sit down and put his thinking cap on. Tell him to think about this, "going to the POLICE station to file a report about wrecking a car that was uninsured" Your friend would be admitting to an officer that he broke the law, one we tend to take seriously because we are all vehicle owners and no one likes uninsured drivers because they screw everyone. In this state it is an arrestable offense, but at the least he would probably get a ticket or two, or three, or four, well you get the idea. Even if he was insured most departments won't write an accident that occurred days ago where the vehicle is no longer on scene.
In this case the only options I see are
1) pay out of pocket
or
2) let it be and buy yourself a Kia

RE: question for not a honda owner
maybe it was just my insurance company, but they had me bring the car outto their office so that the agent could see the car, to make sure that there was no damage already to the car, so I couldnt claim it was an accident later... with that being said, I dont think he could just go get insurance and then file a claim shortly after... because they would want to see the car first... but maybe im wrong lol
