At the bottom of that I would put a paragraph asking something along the lines of.

"Having been a loyal Audi customer for X years and have never had an experience like this before, I am somewhat concerned by the total lack of respect Mr ******* had towards a loyal Audi customer. In my professional opinion Mr ******* should be sent for some form of rudimentary training in dealing with people. It is not only damaging to that particular dealership but it also damaging to the "Audi" name to have someone like that working for them.
Around the world "Audi" has a feeling and an aura of excellence which has unfortunately been totally destroyed by one demeaning, rude and obnoxious salesman".
I would like to know how this situation will be resolved and whether I will have to deal with Mr ******* the next time I bring my car for servicing. If this is the case I will certainly be seeking alternative servicing arrangements"

You really need to reiterate the fact that they are going to lose money here.

so is this thread to bash on "mr. *******", or to share horror stories? ill share anyhow..

after hitting a deer(or two...) i took my bmw to the nearest bmw dealership, which happened to be 50 miles away, to make sure it was repaired properly. they told me "ah, it will be ship-shape in a week, week and a half tops". BS. 4 weeks, and three 50 mile trips later i got my car back. i was not happy. they gave me free detail(s) and oil change(s) for a year... but they're 50 miles away... [:'(]

50 miles isn't too bad I suppose. Is there anything to do around there while you wait?

Its a well written letter -
and the ending is perfect - but somewherre in the conclusion you should ask for some type of
way they can reconcile /compensate you... ie: free detailing etc. etc.
