HAHAHA yeah... something like that... actually no, you should stay so I can hand you the paper and then get paid (i only get paid if I can actually serve the paper).

A friend of mine used to do that; he came up with a great trick. Since you have to get them to say their name so you know you're serving the right person, what he would do is leave his truck running, put the paper in a pizza box, and go knock on the door. They answer, and he says something like, "Pizza for Mr. So-and-so!" which usually got a response like, "I'm Mr. So-and-so, but I didn't order a pizza." at which time he would hand them the pizza box and say, "You've been served!" and then he'd run like hell for the truck.

HAHAHAHA I seriously just started laughing out loud!!!! THats AWESOME!!!!
My dad and grandpa used to own a couple apartment complexes and if they needed to serve someone in there with an eviction notice they had this little old lady that did it for them. She would go buy a thing of flowers and then walk up to the door with them in one hand and the paper in her other. When they open the door she would say I have a delivory for so and so and when they would say their name and start going for the flowers she would hand them the paper instead and say "You been served!" and walk off!
Well I am about to head out on this run... I am taking a video camera with me for the driving part because it looks like a fun drive. See you all later!
