Thats the British army chaps is Iraq. Its a copy of a cover version by a Comedian called Peter Kay, whos video is done in the same style! They actually got into trouble for doing that because the original file was so big, when they downloaded it to the server over the sattelite it slowed down the whole thing. The top brass went mental!

Actually, quite the opposite. Per the BBC, after the MoD's servers crashed, the MoD basically said 'Well, the lads were just having a lark, if it's good for morale, then we support it. We've reset the servers, carry on"
This is unlike the Norweigians who got rather hammered by their government/military for the most excellent Kosovo/Kokomo video. Apparently the Serbs didn't appreciate it, so it was something of an international relations faux-pas.
