j/k. I'm moving there too if it passes. Should never have been illegal. I love the $45 tax per ounce. That's great. I wonder what that will go towards?? I don't care what the tax is. If it were legal, I would pay it.

It's not going to pass, enough people have been misinformed about pot to still think of it as Anslinger's Devil Weed. Hell, the people here are trying to pull a Cali and ban smoking in public places, no way they'll pass anything for drug derestriction.

to my knowledge in CO you cant but it legally nor smoke it, you can only possess it. So u cant be walking down the street smoking pot.


side note: could you imagine if it did pass and the casinos allowed you to smoke in the casinos still? OMFG
