Would make a note of my upgraded status in his book, except he unfortunately left his book sitting on the most expensive machine in the entire hospital, which has now been moved to another wing.

Should know we take it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer of the week. Now, all the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting by a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs, or by a two-thirds majority otherwise!
