should just stop smoking... (it's been a week since my last cig. Although I do puff on a Black and Mild every once and awhile to help curb the craving. I feel amazing not that I've stopped).

Congrats! My drinking needs a lot more attention than my smoking, though. And besides, it's almost impossible NOT to smoke when you're drunk!
