cana computerand xbox 360 be used on the same network to play against each other in multiplayer? i got the need for speed carbon for computer, my buddy has it for xbox 360 and was wondering how or if it is even possible for us play against each other online using 2 different systems.

not possible.
the most you can hook up a pc and 360 is either stream music from your pc or hook up the hardware and flash the firmware. but no lan parties... : (

 

and you can rock out with Media Center

 

just use a computer. consoles have a long way to go still
