i was actually thinking, "can someone please say insurance fraud"

he was trying to "hold it"..... which he did, when he easily could of gotten in it..... then the second camera angle looks like he picked up speed.............
Well he did go down a hill, which means he'd pick up speed the entire way down. Lol.
