The second he pointed his vehicle AT a cop, intentionally, or not (and, it looked intentional, to me); even if the cop steps IN FRONT of the vehicle, if the driver proceeds it BECOMES a deadly weapon and teh police are well within theROE to return deadly force with deadly force. if you doubt that a car IS a deadly weapon, come stand in front of either of mine (once I get one of themrunning, again), while I "tickle" you with it...
