heres the closest pic iu can get of it....any input? they good? im sure parts are gonna be a bitch to find
its a petrol V6, any one know how these are? my dad is gettin it for 6k
plus does any one know where to get parts for this lil 2 door beast?

I have owned Land Rover Disco for5 yrs, and it was fun. It is fun to do it and fix it, and you will be surprised how easy are those to repair and restore. Most technology is just simple and is made to withstand any torture. However, I am not a fan of Land Rovers after Ford era, and the Range Rovers, because they had too much electronics like Audi et all.
I am sure you will have fun, make sure you subscribe to the Land Rover magazine, as most information you will get from their is from owners in UK, those who are 60 yrs old and are not computer savvy...so LR online forums is not like Audi or BMW forums.
Cab, believe me, I am looking for the old beaten up defender too....to do the same. But, I want to have a diesel engine in it. Last when I tried, I was getting the defender for 12K...and an diesel engine (re-built)from UK for 6k quid....but shipping and other cost was too much.
