Oh, that's easy. The one that will make your car go the fastest. I think that is flare, but I would have to see the dyno results to be positive.

Oh you wish! The vortices produced by two exhaust tip spinners nearby cancel each other out. So you only get a 50% boost from adding a second one. Nice try!
