I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the term heine in this context, so I can not answer that.

^Means Heineken.

Made zucchini bread this weekend.
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
¾ cup corn or vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together in a large bowl.

3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
Sift and mix into egg mixture, it will get thick.
Add
3-4 cups shredded zucchini – (Take out the seeds, and shred using food processor)
-this will soften up the bread dough mix.
3/4 cup chopped walnuts – can use any mixed nuts or leave them out.

Stir in until just blended.
Pour into a greased Bundt pan or 2 - 8 inch x 4 inch loaf pans.
Bake @350 F approx 50-60 minutes.

Give it some time, I'm still trying to figure out what tools we have here at the house and what we/I need to get. Apparently an electric mixer is something I need so I can make German Dark Chocolate Mousse and then we also need a food processor so I can make fresh Pesto.

Soon I'll post something up of my own

k bump received. Anyone come up with anything cool lately? I did pork chops stuffed with brie and lightly crusted with macadamia nuts the other night, came out ok. Didn't really "bread" the chops the traditional way more like a little egg wash and mixed the nuts with the bread crumbs. The Brie got kinda oozy on me (as I suspected, goat cheese after all) Maybe like a bleu or roquefort next time? Wanted stuffing but didn't want the hassle. Rice a roni makes these boxed "gourmet" sides (long grain and wild, roasted garlic, etc) that actually was't that bad. Left over Brie on a baugette and a bottle of Pinot Gris. All in all was pretty good. (See what happens when I get stoned and it;s raining and I want to cook, lol)

Yah! Chefy is too busy for the forums nowadays. And what ever happened to S4Kelly? She was such a sweet heart.

As for anything new, nothing really. Well, I have been experiencing different methods of cooking eggs and that's about it.
