So can someone...explain this to me. I've heard about this.... does he plan on doing the same thing bush did? Meaning cutting checks for everyone in America? or does he mean a stimulus plan solely for like Companies.....

I could be wrong, but I dont think he'll cut checks like Bush unless this stimulus package does not pass before the next tax deadline.

He said he's extending the amount of time that unemployed people can stay on welfare/unemployment pay (he'll probably even extend that to illegal immigrants too).
