Default NORA/ASCC Autocross 2011

I'm a member of the Northern Ohio Race Association / Akron Sports Car Club who runs an amazing Autocross! I plan on using this thread to show pics and video of my season this year. This 1st post I will update with my current standings and scores!

The car I'm running is a 1991 Audi Coupe Quattro 2.3 I5 158k miles! # 47 in H-Stock



Current Standing:Class 2nd Overall 24th

Apr 3 - PE #1 2nd in Class points 17 -- 32nd overall Index Points 1184

Apr 16 - School - Not attending

Apr 17 - PE #2 3rd in Class points 14 -- 36th overall Index Points 1104

May 1 - PE #3 4th in Class points 12 -- 21st overall Index Points 1440

May 15 - PE #4

May 28 - Buschur Racing Event #1

June 5 - PE #5

June 18 - PE #6

June 19 - Car Show

June 26 - Charity Event

July 4 - PE #7/Challenge

July 16 - School

July 17 - PE #8

Aug 7 - PE #9/Club Challenge

Aug 20 - Buschur Racing Event #2

Aug 21 - PE #10

Sept 4 - PE #11

Sept 18 - PE #12

Oct 2 - PE #13

Event #1

I placed 2nd in class and 32nd overall
Times: 101.923|96.37|93.866|92.557 (2 cones)|91.63 (2 cones)
My 3rd run was used. Only got 5 runs in due to cold/rain. Pretty fun day with a nice turn out for the weather and 1st event! 4 cars died. An RX8 blew it's motor, a Subi I dunno what happen, an AMAZING stang died again not sure what happen (did set event record), and a car I can't remember Blew it's trans

Looks fun, I always wanted to quiz the a4 but never did.

Maybe I should try the tango, think there I an SUV class?

I ran the b5 last year it wasn't bad but the Vmaxx coilovers were way too soft! SUV's are not aloud due to rollovers! They do allow some trucks but they have to be lowered like a ford lightning...
