I may have have been a tad too excited when I bought my A4 to not notice the fact that there were no floor mats in the car....I am about to call the dealer and ask about them, what should i expect to hear....is it normal for dealerships to not include floor mats on an audi certified automobile. I realize this may sound like a dumb question, but it had to be asked.

Yeah, they GOT you with THAT one. It is possible they didnt realize that there were no mats. or maybe the mats were out being <<snicker-snicker>> cleaned[sm=icon_rofl.gif]when you picked your car up.

No, I don't think that's anormal occurance. Call them back and remind them that, if they expect your return business (parts and maintainence, for instance) they will cough up some color matched mats for your baby.

that happened to me too, I called them and reminded them and they didnt have a problem giving them to me. I also made them give me new windshield wipers, so try gettin a little somethin for the trouble
