yeah, I know this is the typical one but I really have to do it so that I can continue to pass my medicals. I'm gonna get healthy.

 

I quit smoking last year.. and put on some weight.. now i gotta loose it

 

i quite smokin also and i dont wut to do this year
any suggestions

 

get in shape.. but set a specific goal like... run 2 miles in 15 minutes flat.. or run 3 days a week

 

find something that you would like to change weight, smell, aditude, I don't know. even someting small like posture.

 

maybe i should hit the wieghts again
im 145 and im gonna try to get 155-160

 

1. Start working out again... I'm getting kind of soft.
2. Get another Girl Friend, I'm bored of being single.
3. Jump off a building, I want to see what it feels like.
4. Destroy a Ricer's car, I want to see what it feels like.
5. Kill the rich, so I can take their nice things.
