If you want to get in shape buy urself some hand weights,40 or 50pd.If your a weakling use 40pd.( one in each hand) I do all sorts of reps and curls and im in pretty good shape. I use 40 becuase you can do more repitition. I used to run about 4mi 5 days a week, my dad runs 5 a day, I may start running with him now.

 

to concentrate more on sschool and also to do good so my flight training can be swift and safe!

 

Wow your just a machine eh I can't run for **** i'll run 20 feet then need to stop for a smoke break well unless i'm running from the cops i can run forever hahaha not that I need to run from the cops

 

mmmm...flight training. That reminds me, I have to get back in teh cockpit soon. That will be my new years resolution.

 

[:@] I guess I will be w/ some of you in good company, hubby and I are going to TRY to quit smoking (again) If we don't both quit at the same time it will never work, or I will make him stand outside on the deck in -5 degree weather in the snow, and that is NOT going to happen. I gotta quit soon, a year clean before we try to have kids.........plus I read an article that said if you can quit smoking by the time you are 35 your lungs can heal and be just like a non smoker in a few years..........well I just turned 35, times almost up~
