Started two years ago thinking I'd completely replace my consumption from the store. I now drink mine between six packs of all sorts. Started getting into brettanomyces based beers. The best I've found are from Anchorage brewing company. I'm tired of bottling. Went from reused 12 ozers to 22 ozers. Next step for me is to get a Cornish Keg and CO2 system. I mostly do partial mash kits but had success once with a SN Celebration Ale clone. My parents have beehives. I did a Mead last year and it was amazing. Home brewing is awesome!
