Took These This Morning. I was in the same place as I was when i took those fog pictures the other morning. The fog wasn't as good as last time but oh well. I was just trying to get some good pictures with the lens and see how I like it.

So my overall thoughts on the lens so far is pretty good. One thing that I HATE about it is how slow it is to focus and most of the time the focus is off. Unless im standing almost within a foot of the subject it will not focus right. You either have to manually focus the lens or you have to push the shutter release button 5+ times and it will slowly try and focus and eventually get it. I am wondering if there is a defect in the lens. I am going to call Tamron on Monday and find out.

Great pictures Josh. It's crazy seeing your improvements throughout the years.

#3 is yet to be my favorite. Great angle and beautiful background.

 

Pic #4 FTW! Looks good! The last few look a little overexposed, though. I like #11 and #13 a bit, but I think the sunlight wasn't quite right to get the range of color you would want from that sort of pic; just a bit washy for my taste. In any case, better than any pictures I've ever managed to take, as usual

 

Yeah i agree with you on those last few pictures. The sun was just right as I was pulling in then it changed to quick. Oh well... next time.
