Default need help on how to/where to paint my A4's fender

So, I had a few bumps in my right fender, and some guy offered to fix it. He did a decent job, but he had to apply this substance onto the area he fixed since he had to poke some holes in it. So he covered up the holes, and this is what it looks like now. So now my question is : How do I paint it back to it's original color?

There is no such thing as spot painting, they have to "blend" it to the rest of the paint. In other words they will paint an area 3-4X the size of the area he repaired. Its gonna cost you close to $1,000 to be done right.

Ugh.. You can go to NAPA autoparts or Pep Boys or somewhere that carries dupli color paint, match the paint you need and try to paint it yourself. You still need to sand down the area until its smooth enough to paint. Hit it with a few coats of primer, a few coats of paint, and follow it up with a few of clear.
Its gonna look like **** though.....

Possible, won't be much cheaper though. www.shokan.com is the place you want to go for that.

is it possible to manually take out the right fender and put in a new one, or does it take some equipment to do that? oh yea, and thanks guys. I'm going to go to a few auto shops tomorrow and find the prices. I need this fixed badly so my strict parents don't kill me.
