I think its a strong combination of both. Nature can only get you so far, typically, while only Nurture can get you so far. Obviously some circumstances can dictate the effectiveness on any given individual, but to me you need a good bit of both to be successful person. A funny example is the movie from the 80's Trading Places with Dan Akroyd and Eddie Murphy.
