You can't pick one... nor can you deny either's importance, or influence.

I'm writing an e-mail to a cute cocktail waitress who's supposed to hook me up with an even cuter cocktail waitress, so I'll be back in a bit. You understand, I'm sure.....

I don't know about all that....

This girl R0X0Rz though. She said in her e-mail to me (and I quote), "I think you have an exotic and dark, mysterious look to you."

I'm all like "what?", and she's all like "yeah", and I'm all like, "um, ok", and she's all like "what?", and I'm all like, "musta been dark when we met", and she's all like, "no", and I'm all like, "oh, ok", and she's all like, "Cassie would like you", and I'm all like "who?" and she's all like, "you'll like her, she looks kinda like Jessica Biel", and I'm all like "really?" she's like all pointing her out, and I'm all like drooling all over myself. Yeah, just like that.....

I need another shot.

I am a product of my environment. My "nature" defines how I interact with that which "nurtures" me.

I think its a strong combination of both. Nature can only get you so far, typically, while only Nurture can get you so far. Obviously some circumstances can dictate the effectiveness on any given individual, but to me you need a good bit of both to be successful person. A funny example is the movie from the 80's Trading Places with Dan Akroyd and Eddie Murphy.
