Here is a pic of my 98 4.0L that i had before i got my audi. this first pic was taken my freshman year of college when me and my roommate when out to find trouble, it found us at 3 a.m. when we got stuck/caught in a cover crop field outside of town. police showed up, owner didnt press charges, but made us pay $800 for damages to his oats as my roomate bombed around in them, i stayed in the dirt.

Here is the stock exhaust manifold i took off cuz it didnt like water when it was hot

Replaced it with this beast from BANKS power. also had cat-back magnaflow. it sounded pretty beast for a str8-6

 

id do alot to that thing to make it not stuck in the oat field lol

looks sweet, i like the old cherokees, alot better than the new ones

just curious, by old Cherokees are you referring to the body style before mine, cause mine was a 98, same body style as the 2001, which was the year they stopped production in the U.S. I think i liked the older body style a little better for lifting and what not, my sister had a 96 as a first vehicle, i wanted her to lift it but my dad wouldn't allow her to do so.

yea, i was pissed, cuz if my roomate hadnt gone out in the oats, he said he wouldnt have made us pay anything, just fill in the holes we rutted up, o well.. live and learn and have fun in the process.

 

your red one looks like the 88 yj my sister and I cartwheeled a few years back. it survived but is now in a yard, we replaced it when my brother bought a 2000 Tj which he rolled last winter at 90 kms. those things are beasts and keep on driven!
