thanks everyone.
yeah the parking and those wide stalls will be great.
this has been going on for almost 2 years, the first surgery was to help fix the nerves and since that made it even worse for me they went back in for a second surgery to remove a 1/4 piece of the nerve channel (3 different nerve channel ) so now the nerves will not heal but the burningpain is almost gone just a lot of no feeling and numbness.
but it will not keep me down, i am not that kind of person.
I just feel like i was kick in the nuts since he told me i would be permanently disabled.

but thanks again for every ones kind words and thoughts. that is more than my work has said to me, not a single phone call or contact since the accident.

sorry to hear that man, medical science is always advancing so hopefully in your lifetime they'll find something, but on a positive note now you can park the audi closer to a store and have enough room to keep dum@$$s from hitting you.

get a second and third oppinion. I am assuming you have good attorneys and if you don't get them. The fact that work has done nothing will not fair well in the eyes of a jury. Have you taken a settlement already. With this, as long as there is a not a clause that it cannot be revisited, I expect you can go back to revisit the suit.

i do have an attorney, but the problem with that is since it is a worksmens comp injury i cant not take action against my employer.
they call it a none fault injury ( i can not blame them and they can not blame me). so unless workers comp is doing something wrong which there not i will not be able to sue anyone. the only time the attorney can do is when they try to settle with me they can step in to get more.
and yes i have had 3 second opinions and they all agreed with my Dr.
so i get in the a$$ in ever way in this deal.

thanks for the advice everyone

Sorry to hear that johnathan.. thats terrible. But youre young and strong, you can work through it and become able again. I have hope, many things doctors claim have been proven wrong by those with bigger hearts to keep moving forward. Best of luck to you and your family.

Besides being eligible for workmans compensation, you can also file for social security disability.
Be forewarned depending on your workmans comp, it may decrease your social security benefits.
