So I'm coming home this afternoon and what do I see?

A Bugatti Veyron. [sm=groupwave.gif]

Now... I love this car, but I've only seen videos and pictures so seeing it in person cruising was a great surprise. I kind of have to laugh because I didn't even see it coming because I had traffic in front of me and it was blocking my view of seeing all the way down the opposite lane. I have to laugh cause I was deep in my thoughts and then BOOM, "...Oh look, a Bugatti Veyron..."

So I cut down a street, since he was going the opposite way, in order to anticipate seeing the car again. So I snapped this photo when he passed again.

Then, I saw him again a few minutes later on the other side of town pulling into the dealership.

The sound the engine makes is absolutely ****. [sm=hail.gif]

We have the Silicon Valley Auto Group where I live and I'm able to see other sweet rides like Ferrari's, Aston Martins, Rolls Royces, Saleens, Lotus', and so on but haven't seen a Veyron, so finally seeing one there makes me happy.

What do you think? Anyone else seen one on the road or in person?

It's definatly a unique car, you can spot it even in heavy traffic.

I saw the Top Gear special on that car where they raced that against the airplane up in France andit was pretty entertaining with the English humor and all.
900 hp ......unbelievable.

 

That's awesome. I'm gonna have to look that video up.

I did watch a video of the Veyron on Top Gear, or a similar show, race on that test track in Germany. It's some crazy long track, the straight away is five miles long or something. They topped it out.

 

So, if I get one and put four duck-call BOV's on it...?

So when I read thetopic I was like WTF, you sat on a Veyron, but now I get it. That is an awsome car if not a little over the top for my taste.
