My 6th prom evar!
So, one of the things that the lady and I did in Tennessee, when I wasn't breaking my car, was go to her old high school's senior prom (as 'chaperones.') Her sister, who we were visiting, worked it out with the school so we could go! It was a pretty decent time, and it was cool to be all dressed up again and watch all the nervous high school kids trying to keep their hands off each other
The only thing that sucked was that her dress didn't really fit in my car. It was nearly impossible to shift!

When I read "6th prom ever," I pictured someone going to prom with some little 18 year old. Chapparoning is a little different, but still cool I guess. I can imagine having a hell of a time shifting with the giant dress in your car though. I'm surprised you even see out of the windshield!

awesome....I have been to a few proms
but now I get to go to middle school dances!!!!
i am a middle school teacher and the kids always volunteer me as a chaperone....I try to have as much fun as possible, but my girl refuses to dance on the same floor as a bunch of 12 year olds....lol
good stuff!

I went to at least one prom every year in high school, but the sad thing is when we were there, the school administration allowed one 17 year old girl to bring along her 34 year old 'boyfriend'[:'(]

It was a great time since we were older than most everyone there, but we weren't so old that we were no longer cool. I'm just kinda pissed that her dress was so conservative. 36DDD FTW
