Pulp Fiction
Resevoir Dogs
Death Proof
Gladiator
Kill Bill V.1/2
Fight Club
Matrix (Original One)
The Big Lebowski

And I found "Knocked Up, 40 Year Old Virgin, Old School, Anchorman (Anything with Will Ferral straight hilarious)" amazingly hilarious.

If you haven't seen any of those movies definitely watch them..

The Kingdom (very good and realistic)
Pooty Tang just because it makes you wonder if your on acid
I heard American Gangster is really good
I too like The Boondock Saints and Donny Darko (hence the quote under my mods)
Faris Buellers Day Off, classic and good
Biloxi Blues

and many others that I can not think of.

I own a copy. "******" was basically a remake, except with boxing instead of poker, and a diamond instead of antique guns.

"Hot Fuzz" - If you liked "Shaun of the Dead", you'll like this. These guys are brilliant at parody.
"Knocked Up" - Gut-busting laughs, but it doesn't feel contrived.
"Superbad" - Best high school coming-of-age flick in a long time.
"Stranger Than Fiction" - Offbeat comedy, somewhat philisophical. Brilliant straight-face performance by Will Farrell.
"Casino Royale" - Daniel Craig is the best Bond since Sean Connery.
"The Proposition" - A great western, set in the Australian outback. Brutal and suspenseful.
"Children of Men" - You WILL feel choked up and emotional by the end of thisstaggering vision of a future where humankind is infertile.
"Smokin' Aces" - "Rat Race" with guns, and a twist.
"Crash" - Powerful study of racism and bigotry on all sides, set in the detached world of Los Angeles.
"Reign Over Me" - Adam Sandler in and unexpectedly powerful performance as a man who lost his family on 9/11.

i know its the oddest thing, it the bbest "adam snadler" movie.... and hes not in it....im sick of his comdeic voice...yes his ONE voice, seriously what type of comedic actor from SNL can only do ONE freakin voice?!?

anyway grandmas boy is the ****
If you want a new perspective on Adam Sandler, seriously watch "Reign Over Me". It's like somebody hit him over the head and he became a totally different actor.
